It is a very interesting book for anyone doing research in this
area. It mainly deals with Brewster and Presidio Counties but
does touch on Jeff Davis County. About half of the 238 page
book contains lists from death records of these counties. For
Jeff Davis County it lists the death records for people in Valentine
only. The authors were concentrating on the Big Bend area below
Hwy. 90. (Thanks to Pat Hartnett for passing on this information.) |
