Austin County Paupers Cemetery

 

 

Location of Austin County Paupers cemetery:  A 50' x 50' plot of land adjacent to the county work yard on Hwy 36 North.  There are a number of burials going back many years, but as of now, no records have been found regarding names.  A grave was installed in 1984 for one Silvester H. Juarez.


Please remember that many of the older cemeteries are located on private property. Please respect not only the cemetery but also the owner's rights. Always obtain permission to enter private property.
