Mullins

Donald Allen Mullins, 60, of New Ulm, passed away Tuesday, Sept. 9, 2008, at Methodist Hospital in Houston.

He was born March 17, 1948 in Freeport to Billy Edward Mullins and Billie Maxie Pate Mullins. Mr. Mullins was the owner and president of Cody E. Oil Company in Houston and Bellville.

Visitation was from 9:30 a.m. to service time, Friday, Sept. 12, 2008 at Watson & Sons Funeral Home in Center.  Funeral services was held at 10:30 a.m, Friday, Sept. 12 at Watson & Sons Funeral Home with the Rev. David Pate officiating.  Interment followed at New Hope Cemetery.

Survivors include: Wife, Marilyn Mullins of New Ulm; daughter, McKenzie Elizabeth Mullins of Ft. Worth; son Cody Edward Mullins of New Ulm; mother Billie Mullins of Center;  sister Lanette York and husband Gary of Center; brother Wayne Mullins and Karen of Baytown; nieces Tammie Mezulic of Denver, Colo., Angie Mullins of Houston and Trina Turgeon of Katy; nephew, Darren Mullins of Baytown; great niece, Jada Cole of Denver, Colo.; brother-in-law Alfredo Villanueva  Jr. of Thailand; sisters-in-law Tia Traazil and husband Green of Singapore, Angel Guerrerro and husband David of The Phillippines, Sahara Villanueva of The Phillippines; numerous other nieces and nephews and a host of friends.

Preceded in death by father, Billy Edward Mullins; sisters, Clara Kiechler and Anita Mullins.
