Dial Jul 26, 1862-Mar 8, 1907( his tombstone was transcribed twice as dying in 1917 but he died in 1907. they are both buried in the Dial Cemetery)

• Case no. 226 May Term 1907 Steet Hudspeth says that a minor, Joe Dial is a boy 15 years of age and Reuben Dial a boy under 14 years of age, towit 12 years. are without a lawful guardian. Parents are both deceased. T. G. Dial, father , survived the mother , Annie Dial who died 4 Mar. 1907. The court appointed Street Dial as temporary guardian. J.W. Dean and J.O. Butler sureties, Filed Mar 30, 1907, recorded Apr 3, 1907.

• Page no. 59  case no. 228. On Vacation, May 11, 1907, Estate of W.O. Benton deceased. May 6, 19007. Mrs. M.O. Benton, surviving wife, three children; Hensley Benton, 6 yrs old; Bessie Benton, 5 years old; Haze Benton, 3 years old.

W.R. Fletcher, Granville Wright and J.W. Wood appraisers. They reported: 164 acres of land, cer. no. 21/172 abstract 463. patented to F. Stacke. 57 acres survey no. 168, cert. no. 700, abstract 260. Total 221 acres, plus other real estate appraised $1600.

Page 78, No. 224 May Term 1907, Estate of Renetta Czerner who died Mar. 4, 1907, she was 80 years old and her husband, Albert Czerner was still alive. The estate was of her homestead worth $400. Joseph Auderwald, petitioner (her daughter was Mary Auderwald who took care of her mother in her last illness. ) they had posted notices.
Renetta Czerner, had a will, it is copied verbatim on page 82 of the book. Luke Mazurek was a witness. "Bad health but sound mind... buried according to the rites of the Holy Catholic Church, of which I die a member... I give, divise, bequeath to my beloved daughter, Jospehine, wife of Kasper Dugos, two trunks and a large clothes box. My daughter, Mary , wife of Jospeh Auderwold, my half of community property named by me and my husband, Albert, both real and personal. ..and I do this because my said daughter, Mary has had care of me for so long a time. I witness whereof I herunto sign my name in Bandera, this 25th dau of Feb. 1907 and being unable to write my name, I make my mark  hereunto in the presence of Albert Adamietz, Louis Adamietz, and Lucas Mazurek. " Filed Mar 16, 1907.
