KELLEY, WILEY Wiley Kelley, 73, died at his home, on the San Marcos highway at 7:40 a.m. July 23 (1955) and was buried in Lockhart Cemetery, July 24. Rev. J. C. Jones conducted services from his home after Field Funeral Home made arrangements. He had been ill seven months. Survivors include his wife; three sons, W.C. Kelley of Corpus Christi, A.T. Kelley of Austin, and A.B. Kelley of Pasadena; two daughters, Mrs. K.L. Miles of Lockhart and Mrs. .L. Fisher of Gladewater, nine grandchildren. Also surviving are a brother, William Kelley of Lockhart; half brothers, Charlie and Felix Kelley of Lockhart, and Floyd Kelley of Robstown; half sisters, Mrs. Floyd Tate and Mrs. Quinner Williams of Lockhart; Mrs. Odis Roberson of San Antonio and Mrs. Nath McGee of Robstown. Mr. Kelley, son of Thomas Edward and Siebert A., Foreman Kelley, was born in Caldwell County August 10, 1881. He married Willie Annie Burditt in Hays County November 9, 1904, and was a member of the First Christian Church and Woodmen of hte World. He had retired form farming at the time of his death. Pallbearers were Alvin Kelley, James Posey, Cecil Kirksey, Alton Kelley, Afton Johnson, and Milton Lynn Pfefferkorn.
