Funeral services for Lynda Tosh, 62 of Rusk are scheduled for Thursday, June 1, 2006 at 10:00 AM at the First Baptist Church of Rusk, with Rev. Lee Welch, Rev. Don Copeland and Rev. Billy D. Garner officiating, burial will follow at Cedar Hill Cemetery near Rusk.
The family will receive visitors on Wednesday, May 31st from 6 to 8 PM at the funeral home.
Memorials to be made to First Baptist Church, Rusk, Building Fund.

Larry Sanford 08/02/1950 -5/27/2006

Services for Larry Sanford, 55, of Jacksonville are scheduled of 2 p.m., Wednesday, May 31, 2006 at Tyler Metro Church, Tyler, with the Revs. Dr. Jerry Phelps and Kenny Knous officiating.

Burial will be in Meador Cemetery, Jacksonville.

Mr. Sanford died May 27, 2006, in Tyler.

He was born on August 2, 1950, in Jacksonville.  He served in the Army, and received his master's degree from Stephen F. Austin State University.  He retired as a teacher from Jacksonville High School after 30 years of service, and was a member of Tyler Metro Church.  He was preceded in death by his mother, Joyce Pippin Sanford, in 1987.

Survivors include his wife, Lisa Sanford, Jacksonville; sons, Jeremy McDonald, Sulphur Springs, Tim McDonald, Jacksonville, and Justin McDonald, Tyler; Father, Jimmie Sanford; Brother, Jan Sanford, Lewisville; sister, Janis Reed, Palestine; grandmother, Frankie Pippin, Jacksonville; two grandchildren; nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers are Jeremy McDonald, Tim McDonald, Justin McDonald, Lance Morrow, George Horn and Steve Wegmer.

Honorary Pallbearers are Jeffrey Mwape, Russell Moncrief, Charls Blackmon, Kent Kalb, Bill Falmon, Phill Waller and Keith Croft.

Family will receive friends from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., Tuesday at the funeral home.
Memorials may be made to Hospice of East Texas.

Albert Fulton McEachern 11/11/1920 -5/23/2006

Graveside services for Albert McEachern, 85 of Jacksonville will be held Friday, May 26, 2006 at 2 pm in Old Shongaloo Cemetery with Rev. Benny Walker officiating.  Interment will follow in Old Shongaloo Cemetery in Springhill, LA..

Visitation was Thursday evening beginning at 6pm at Bailey Mortuary, Inc., 318-539-3555 in Springhill, LA..

Laverne Horton Taylor 9/22/1917 -5/21/2006

    Graveside services for Laverne Taylor, 89 will be held at 10:00 AM Wednesday, May 24, 2006, at Resthaven Memorial Park, with Rev. Dr. Bruce Webb officiating.  \Mrs. Taylor passed away on Sunday in Kingwood.
    She was a retired school teacher and taught 41 years in the Jacksonville ISD.  She was married to Raymond Taylor whom preceded her in death in 1996.
    Survivors are her daughter and son-in-law, Phyllis and John Davis of Kingwood: two grandchildren, Angela Woyt and Mark Davis and five great-grandchildren.
The Family will receive visitors on Tuesday evening, May 23rd  from 6 to 8 PM at the funeral home.

Carl E. Jenkins 10/10/1919 -5/16/2006

Services are scheduled for Carl Jenkins, 86 of Gallatin for Friday, May 19th at 10:00 AM at Autry Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Jack Jeter officiating. 

Burial will follow at Henry Cemetery near Gallatin. The family will be receiving visitors on Thursday evening from 6 to 8 PM at the funeral home.

Willie B. Thomason  06/11/1917 -5/16/2006

Services are scheduled for Willie Thomason, 88 of Jacksonville for Saturday, May 20, 2006 at 10:00 AM at Autry Funeral Home Chapel. 

Burial will follow at Resthaven Memorial Park. The family will receive visitors and friends on Friday, May 19, 2006 from 6 to 8 PM at the funeral home.

Mary Pat Elliott  05/20/1931 -5/12/2006

Visitation only is scheduled for Mary Elliott, 74 of Jacksonville for Monday evening, May 15 from 6 to 7 PM at the funeral home.  Mary will then be transported to Colorado for burial in Eastlawn Memorial Gardens in Aurora, Colorado.

Russell Bolton 10/21/1926 -5/10/2006

Services for Russell Bolton, 79 of Turney are scheduled for 2:00 PM Friday, May 12 at Autry Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. James Blaylock and Rev. R.S. Dyess officiating, a Masonic Graveside will follow at Jarratt Cemetery.  Mr. Bolton passed away on Wednesday, May 10th in a Tyler hospital.  The family will receive visitors on Thursday evening from 6 to 8 PM at the funeral home.

Leonard Rogers Knight 5/28/1917 -5/3/2006

Services for Leonard Knight, 88, Port Arthur will be Saturday, May 6, 2006 at Park Central Church of Christ in Port Arthur at 10:00 AM, visitation will follow the service at the church.  Burial will be at Walker's Chapel Cemetery in Reklaw on Sunday, May 7, at 3:30 PM.  Cliff Willis, a nephew will officiate.

Graveside services for Dorothy Roosenbeek are scheduled for Friday, May 5, 2006 at 11:00 AM at Dallas-Ft Worth National Cemetery in Dallas. Family visitation will be Thursday from 1 to 3 PM at the funeral home, visitation will be until 9 PM Thursday.

Mildred Stokes Holcomb 2/2/1913 -6/29/2006

MILDRED STOKES HOLCOMB   Services are scheduled for Mildred Stokes Holcomb, 93 of Rusk for Monday, July 3rd at 2PM at Autry Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. R.W. King officiating, visitation is scheduled from 12:30 pm Monday until service time.  Burial will be in Augusta Cemetery in Houston County.  
Ms. Holcomb was a retired 2nd grade teacher at Berry Elementary in Houston, she was a Worthy Matron of the North Side Chapter of Eastern Star, Houston and Grapeland and was a member of Rusk Garden Club.  She was preceded in death by her husband; Arthur Mac Holcomb a and 7 brothers and sisters; she is survived by a sister-in-law, Annie Ruth Fitts, 12 nieces and nephews; Virginia Hagen, Mollie Bobo, Bettie Clancy, Norrie Jay Felder, Linda Beall, Rayburn Hoover, Sandra Harris, Jimmie Beth Durham, Billy Holcomb Jordan, Julia Garman, Paticia King, Tommie Saralyn Walton & several Great Grand Nieces & Nephews.    Memorials may be made to: Jacksonville Baptist College, 105 B.J. Mandie Catrice Weston 12/14/1966 -6/20/2006

MANDIE CATRICE WESTON   Funeral services for Mandie Weston, 39 of Jacksonville are scheduled for Saturday, June 24, 2006 at 10:00 AM at Sunset Baptist Church.  Burial will follow the services in Still Waters Memorial Gardens, with the Rev. Mike Smith officiating.   Mrs. Weston passed away on Tuesday, June 20, at Hospice Homeplace in Tyler.  She was born in Shreveport, Louisiana on December 14, 1966.  She was a Property Manager for Continental Properties and a member of Sunset Baptist Church.   She was preceded in death by her father; Rick Walker and brother; J.J. Walker.  Survivors include her husband of one year, William Weston of Jacksonville; her parents, Judy Taylor Carroll & Jerry Carroll of Jacksonville; her children, Whitney Jay and Spencer Jay of Jacksonville and Dallas, Chelsea & Ciera Weston of Bullard; her grandmother, Virginia Dunn of Jacksonville; brothers & sisters-in-law, Rusty & Dana Walker, Delhi, LA., Mitch & Deana Carroll, Lufkin & Marc & Priscilla Carroll, Henderson and a sister & brother-in-law Aimee Walker Thomas & husband Michael Thomas of Tampa, FL.  Pallbearers will be Billy Wells, Darrell Dement, Johnny Work, Clint Neely, Mike McMichael and Randy Dykes, honorary pallbearers are Jack Rentz and Sonny Brown. The family will receive visitors on Friday, June 23 from 6 until 9 PM at the funeral home.

Funeral services for Ola Mae White, 92 of Jacksonville will be held Tuesday, June 20th, 2006 at 2:00 PM at Autry Funeral Home Chapel.  Burial will be in Dew Cemetery near Dew, Texas following the service.  The family will receive visitors on Monday evening June 19th from 6 to 8 PM at the funeral home.

Mrs. White was a retired Beauty Operator and a member of First Baptist Church in Jacksonville.  She was preceded in death by her husband of 66 years and two sons. 

Geneva Rosalie Thompson 9/12/1928 -6/12/2006

A private service for Geneva Rosalie Thompson, 77 of Jacksonville will be held at a later date.  Ms Thompson passed away on Monday, June 12, 2006 in Jacksonville.  She was a Baptist and a Social Worker, she is survived by a son; Larry Coffey, a daughter; Mary Ann Porter, 5 grandchildren and 3 Great Grandchildren.

Anthony (Tony) Ray Delaney, Sr. 9/18/1942 -6/11/2006

Services for Tony Delaney, 63, of Jacksonville will be at 4 PM Wednesday, June 14th at Autry Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. R.S. Dyess officiating.  Burial will be at Jarratt Cemetery.

Mr. Delaney was a former plant manger for Transit Mix Concrete and retired from TDC.  He was a member of Corinth Baptist Church and Masonic Lodge No. 108 AF & AM.

The family will be receiving visitors on Tuesday, June 13th from 7 to 9 PM at the funeral home.
