Be it hereby remembered that on Monday the 4th day of August A. D. 1890, there was begun and holden in the town of San Diego Duval County Texas, at the Court House thereof a regular term of the Hon. County Court for Probate Purposes the Hon. James O. Luby County Judge presiding and there were present in addition

duly opened by proclamation of the ssheriff at the Court House door.
This cause being called and it appearing to the Court that the annual Report and Supplemental inventory having been filed and acted on at a former term of this Court and not recorded in the minutes hereof are her now ordered to be entered of record nunc pro tune as of then to wit:
And now come
Felipa Salinas de Garcia, Guardian of the above named minors, and returns unto Court her
annual report: ending February 4th 1889, showing the items of expenditures since the last
report for the education and maintenance of said wards. Vol. B Page 66
Item 9th The amounts in item 4 there stated as paid S. G. Perez and E. G. Perez are amounts used for groceries, dry good, and all necessaries for the minors during the year as shown by the books of said parties and are running accounts kept by them, subject as in other matters to your Honors approval.

Annual report with citations and return being filed. Cause was continued by opperation of law.
This cause being called at is now hereby the Court ordered that the Guardian herein Carmen Treviņo de Garcia file her annual report herein before the next term of this Court, and cause continued.
This cause coming on to be heard and Maria de Antonia Torres (minor) appearing in her own proper person, states that she would choose Mrs. Johanna Levy as her Guardian of her person, she said Maria de Antonia Torres having no estate. It is therefore here now by the Court ordered and decreed that the said Johanna Levy be and is hereby appointed permanent Guardian of the person of said Maria de Antonia Torres, and that the bond of said Guardian be fixed at $100.00 and that said Guardian qualify as the law directs.
Vol. B Page 68 Court then took recess till 9 A. M.

In the above estate the application of C. L. Weidenmueller to be appointed as administration of said estate coming on to be heard, and after hearing same the said C. H. Weidenmueller was and is hereby appointed as temporary administrator of said Estate and his bond fixed at $4,000.00 and letters ordered to issue to said C. H. Weidenmueller as Temporary Administrator upon his qualifying as the law directs. It was further ordered and decreed by the Court that Chas. Hoffman, O. J. Ridder and Hubert Garrett be and are hereby appointed appraisers to appraise said setae and report to this court as soon as possible. Court then took recess till Saturday Aug. 9 1890. List and Inventory of the Estate of Theo. C. Weidenmueller, Dec'd We the undersigned appraisers duly appointed at the August Term of the Probate Court of Duval County Texas tender the following full and complete inventory of the Estate of the above named deceased, to wit:

swear that the foregoing is a full and fair appraisement of the said Estate provided by

I, Charles H. Weidenmueller, Administrator of the Estate of Theodore C. Weidenmueller, deceased, do solemnly swear that the forgoing inventory and list is a full and complete list and inventory of the property and claims of Theodore C. Weidenmueller, deceased, that have come to my knowledge.

In the matter of the administration Vol. B Page 71 of the above estate of Theo. C. Weidenmueller, Dec'd, it is now hereby the Court ordered and decreed that administration of said Estate be granted, and it is further ordered and decreed by the Court that Charles H. Weidenmueller be and is hereby appointed permanent administrator of said Estate of Theo. C. Weidenmueller dec'd and that he receive letters of administration therein upon his filing with the clerk of this court a good and sufficient bond as such administration in the sum of Eleven Thousand Six Hundred Dollars, and his taking the oath and qualifying as the law directs.
Know all men by these present: That we Charles H. Weidenmueller, as principal, and Charles Hoffman and Alfred J. Ridder, as sureties, and held and firmly bound unto the County Judge of the County Court of Duval County and his successors in office in the sum of Eleven thousand six hundred dollars, conditioned that the above bound Charles H. weidenmueller has been appointed administrator of the estate of Theodore C. Weidenmueller, deceased, shall will and truly perform all the duties required of him under said appointment then and in that case this obligation to be null and void otherwise to be in full force and effect. Witness our
hands at San Diego this 9th day of August A. d. 1890
Before me James O. Luby, a Notary Public in and for Duval County, Texas, on this day personally appeared Charles H. Weidenmueller and Charles Hoffman and Alfred J. Ridder, known to me to be the person whose names are subscribed to the foregoing instrument, and acknowledged to me that they executed the same for the purposes and consideration therein expressed.
