An Aug. 11, 1995 article in the Gonzales Inquirer describes the placing of a marker at the grave
of Nancy Malvina McADA WEATHERS EVANS, 1826-1872, in
Roundlake Cemetery in Gonzales County. Relatives on hand included Alta Jenkins, Dorothy
Cardwell and Duard Weathers. On 3-19-03 I was unable to locate this marker. Can anyone

I am interested in any information on these names. Pablo GONZALES
had a daughter Guadalupe who was married to a Bonificio GUERRERO.
I understand that Eduardo ESTRADA was related to
Pablo Gonzales. Eduardo Estrada had 3 children. One of which was named Marcella. What I am
trying to find out about these 3 surnames is what part of Mexico they came from. Any information
would be greatly appreciated.
Looking for information regarding John Clinton FOSTER and his wife
Mary Adeline HOLLAND. Mary was married first to a
McDANIEL man prior to marrying John Clinton Foster. John & Mary were
married Nov 2, 1858 in Gonzales Co. according to an LDS database. Would like a copy of their
marriage record if anyone is in the area. I am specifically trying to find where Mary died and the
name of her first husband. She would have died after 1880 but before 1910. Her husband is later
located in New Mexico, widowed. Anyone working on these lines in Gonzales County, please
contact me. Thanks, Renea Isaacs, Arizona -- e-mail: isaacs@whitemtns.com

I am looking for information about Harris Kimble WOOD. H. K
Wood died in Gonzales County May 19, 1923. H.K. Wood's g-granddaughter and the Son's of
Confederate Veterans are trying to find any information about his Confederate service. He was an
honorary pall bearer (composed of Confederate Veterans) at funeral of Henry Bertling in 1821. At
H.K. Wood's funeral It is believe that a paper said the UDC placed a flag on his coffin. H.K.
Wood is not listed as a Texas pensioner nor listed in The Roster of Confederate Veterans,
however that does not mean he did not serve.Any information about H.K. Wood will be
appreciated.
