Levi Spimks POGUE /Neoma Catherine MITCHELL. Gonzales Co., TX. residents, they owned the Planter's Hotel. Levi was born,26 Dec 1828, in Clarke Co., AL. Neoma was born 03 Sep 1835, in TN. I am looking for an obituary for Debora TALLY , died 1870 in Gonzales Tx, also her son Isaac died between 1870-1880 and last her husband Bird Terry Tally 1910. Debora was 1st wife Julia Ann May was 2nd. I found his headstone in the city cemetery. He went by the initials B.T. Tally. My ancestor Ellender/Eleanor/Elander DAVIS JEFFREY died in Gonzales Co., around 1860. Her husband was John Benjamin Jeffrey, b. 06 Mar 1815, in Franklin Co., TN, died 28 Jan 1897, in Williamson Co., TX. Ellender/Eleanor/Elander Davis Jeffrey was born in NC, we belive, we have no information on her parents, etc. If a death certificate is available, I would be extremely happy. Thank you so much.
