| Mean actor to visit Seguin bank Lee Morgan,
star of motion pictures, stage, radio and television, will be in Seguin
Thursday, March 30.
Morgan is being presented to the public by the Seguin State Bank and Trust Co. He will make two personal appearances in the bank, 10 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. and again from 1:15 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. The public is invited to come and personally meet the popular star. Morga, who has played in 1,307 movies to date and is known by millions to be the meanest man in movies, is making a personal tour under the sponsorship of the Paymaster Corp., a leading manufacturer of check writers. The purpose of the tour is to alert the public against check alteration and forgery. Morgan will be guest speaker at a businessmen's luncheon given by the Lions Club during the noon hour. He will be introduced by H. F. "Jimmie" Schriewer, assistant cashier of the Seguin State Bank and Trust Co. Lee will speak on "The Crooks Are Eyeing Your Checkbook."
