- Looking for decendents of A. W. Schumann, founder of
Schumannsville.

- I am looking for information on my great great grandparents. They
came to Texas from Birkholz, Dramburg, Germany and all of their
children were born in Marion, Guadalupe, TX. Their names are Carl
Frederick KRUEGER, wife (1) Katrina UNKNOWN, wife (2) Christiana
ZUNKER. There were nine children between the two wives, births range
between 1874-1896. Carl's mother was Frederica KIEKOW, father was
Unknown KRUEGER. Christiana's mother was Malvina GOTTLIEB, father was
Unkown ZUNKER. I would appreciate any info on Carl or his family
(marriages, deaths, etc.)

Families Becerra, Flores, Ramirez, Rodriguez, in 1800-1899 Seguin
Descendants Historical Preservation a non-profit Organization
(S.D.H.P.) was formed in 2001 for the purpose of promoting 'Tejano
Heroes',such as our ancestor Colonel Juan N. Seguin, and Texas History.
S.D.H.P. recognizes the importance of education and will promote
interest in research in the Texas State Archives and public libraries
in our effort to educate children about Texas history. S.D.H.P. will
present portraits of Colonel Juan N. Seguin to public and school
libraries across Texas.

- I am looking for descendents of August BONEWALD. He and wife
Auguste arrived in the U.S. appox 1880 with their duaghter Lena.
According to the 1900 census they lived in Guadalupe County with sons
William and Fritz and daughter Mathilde. William is my great
grandfather. Mathilde married August BIERSTEDT

- Am interested in information and history on the following
families who had some connections with Seguin and Guadalupe County at
the very least between 1880 and 1930. Heinrich Wesemann Jr. who married
Anna Dorothea Greifenstein about 1903. Wilhelm and Anna Katherine
(Sondergeld) Greifenstein who lived their adult lives in the Seguin
area. Fritz and Emma Freifenstein. Also a Fred or Fredial Schlichting.

- Need information on William Tinsley Noel who died in Guadalupe
County in 1866. In applying for bounty land he says his Post Office is
Orchard, Guadalupe County, Texas/ Can someone tell me where Orchard
is/was located? Also Noel is listed in Guadalupe County cemetery book.
Could someone look this name up and let me know where William Tinsley
Noel is buried? He belonged to the Presbyterian Church when he lived in

K. BEATY (BEATTY) who was born abt 1812 in Lee County, Virginia, and
died January 10, 1887 Guadalupe County, Texas. His wife was Sasannah
DICK, born 1823, Wayne County, Kentucky. She died October 1878 in San
Antonio, Texas They were married October 27 1841, in Wayne County,
Kentucky. I wish to find out especially about their children, having
some names: Lee. Charles, John, and Perry
