CURRY CREEK GRAVE

Grave is located along the Curry Creek road, 35 ft. from the road and a cattle guard.

• UNKNOWN CHILD: Unknown family passing through Curry Creek Settlement (date unknown) when their child died. William Patton Gourley, a skilled wood worker, made the casket, and William B. Edge dug the grave.

Note: I find that William Patton Gourley lived between 1884 and 1943;
William B. Edge lived between 1918 and 1977.
If Mr. Edge was at least 20 years old when he dug the grave, the date of the burial would be between 1938 and 1943.-cs
