HISTORY: Research notes from deed records show that this
property was sold to Noel Insall by the John V. Spring Estate in 1930. The next
sale was thirty years later by Noel Insall to John and Alice Kutzer in 1960. The
following year the Kutzer's sold to Walter H. Lohse and his wife,
Katherine.
The next owners were Doris and Rex Rankin. In 1980 the widow
Rankin sold to Peter Kenen. In 1984 Wayne and Eileen LeBleu purchased the
home.
