I have been researching the CRABB family descended from John Crab and Sarah Hane Snipes and related families from TN and AL who settled in the Kosse area.
Ada Jane Johnson buried in Eutaw Cemetery was married to Seth Franklin Johnson also buried in Eutaw Cemetery.  Ada Jane was the daughter of Bill/B.C. Crabb and Mary Ellander McCracken who are buried in Mustang Prairie Cem., Falls Co., TX.
Seth Franklin and Ada Jane (Crabb) Johnson had the following children, (all daughters):
Jessie W. Johnson married Luther Tip Bray also buried in Eutaw Cem.
Rosalee Johnson, Zula May Johnson, Frankie Johnson, Ada Evaline Johnson.
If anyone knows who the younger girls each married I would love to know.  Thanks  Patti G

I am looking for information about a woman named Reba FERRELL who lived in Limestone Co. (Mexia) from around 1907 to 1926.  She competed in beauty pageants around 1924 and 1925, but we haven't found her name in any of the Galveston or Mexia papers.  Does anyone know where we can find the info?  We know something about her later life but her early life is a mystery to us.  She gave birth to a daughter in 1926 and gave her up for adoption.  We only have a few pieces of that puzzle - the father was from Germany and was somehow connected to the pageants.  Any info would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

Looking for information on Martha Jane Montgomery (widow of Alexander Montgomery, killed in the Civil War) who later married Permenas Phifer.  The Montgomery land was located 3.5 miles southeast of Groesbeck on Montgomery Creek which was near Phifer Creek. Her daughter Louisa married J. R. Humphries and daughter Susan married J. B. Hallmark. She also had 2 known sons, Charles & William. From land records she was still living in 1880.  Any information on Martha Jane or Permenas Phifer would be appreciated. LaRuth Jenkins
