Maverick County, TX

My husband's grandmother had a brother named Jerre Armstrong Rickles who moved to Eagle Pass, Texas sometime between 1900 and 1920. He was from Alabama and settled in Eagle Pass and was listed in the 1920 and 1930 Maverick Co, census as a dentist. Is there anyone in Maverick County who does research (for a reasonable fee) that I might contact for addition information. Dr. Rickles died in March 1945 so there is possibly an obituary in the local paper.
