Turkey Creek Class of 1913 (Taken March 14, 1913)
Check out this school
teacher! We just thought we had some mean ones when we were in school. She may
have been really nice but she really looks mean! Did you notice the barefoot
kids? Did you see the kids, one holding school book on far right, one
holding a clock with the time looks like 4:00, one holding a school bell, etc.

I think the little girl holding the bell is my grandmother Sweet. (Marion
Eugenia "Genie" Sweet)

The boy on her left, I believe is Charles Adam Sweet. The girl standing
behind them has her hand on both of them suspect she is one of the older sisters. Some of the other girls and boys
may be Sweets, Smiths, Walkers. |

If the pastors of the area churches could show this to their congregations in
the county line area it would be great. The children of these children in the class photos would be about 65++. Please
help me identify these folks. |
