CSA VETERANS BURIED IN TAYLOR COUNTY, TEXAS

This is a "Work in Progress" web page that will likely never be completed. Many of these grave sites have been lost but some are found in the course of a year. This list is far from complete because the CSA Vets buried in Trent, Merkel, Abilene Municipal and Elmwood Cemeteries have yet to be identified. I expect this will be accomplished by mid 2007 and our list will triple in size. After that, all will depend on the descendants and friends of the unidentified veterans to come forward with the names and locations of those we have missed. There is no need to wait.
